Shipping, Cancellations & Exchanges

We are committed to ensure that the product you receive is free from defect and of the best quality. Your satisfaction is our prime importance and we do everything possible to give you the best.

Shipping 

After placing an order, the customer will be sent an email with the confirmation of the order within 48 working hours.
All costs and expenses incurred in the shipment for confirmed orders will be borne by A.Criton to deliver anywhere in India. We offer door-step delivery for all products on our websiteand use reputed courier services for proper reachability. Time required for shipping a package, varies from product to product due to technical reasons and this time is specified on the product page itself.

Any dispute in this matter will be governed by the laws of India and settled to the jurisdiction of the registered office. 

Exchange & Conditions thereof: 

We offer only exchanges of any product purchased from our website only in the event of the size specified in our chart not matching the actual product. This exchange will be with another product to made in the corrected size in the same style.

For any exchanges, please write to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment with the order details to facilitate the exchange. Any request after 7 days will not be entertained at all. 

No exchanges are offered with a different style or model. 
No exchanges are allowed for PREMIUM SIZED orders.
Products that are either worn out, used, not returned in the original condition or proper packaging will not be eligible for exchanges.
Exchange facility is available only in India.
We reserve our right to conduct quality check of the product once we receive it back in our studio before we accept to process the exchange.
In case of any rejection, the customer will be intimated by our customer care  team over telephone and Email.

We will process the exchange only if:
  • The product is in its original condition.
  • The product was never used.
  • We are duly intimated in writing the request for exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

How do I exchange ?

Please write to us within 7 days of receiving the product at customersupport@a-criton.com    or call us on +91-9900488831. Once we hear from you in this regard we are ready to facilitate the exchange upon conditions applied.

We will arrange the pick-up of the product from the delivery address specified by you during the placement of order. All costs of shipping of the merchandise, back to our studio will be borne by us. Our sales team will co-ordinate with the courier for pick up. Please re-pack the Product in its original packaging and keep it ready. The contents of the package including the product should be in its original condition. The package must be sealed properly to ensure the safety of the product while in transit. Please note that courier will take their own time deliver the shipment at our studio. Our studio: A.CRITON, F-3, Ram’s 12 Squares, 3/4 Agara, 26th Main, HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bangalore, Karnataka 560102.

We believe that it is our responsibility to serve you in the best possible manner during your interactions with us. But please note that all exchanges are subject to our quality control team verifying the authenticity of the claim of defect. 

Any customer found not following the guidelines stated above will be denied an exchange. In this case, the same product will be sent back and the claim will be cancelled.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any order you have placed with us, if you wish to can be cancelled. After placing an order, if you wish to cancel it before it is shipped from our studio please follow these guidelines stated below to enable a hassle-free experience:

If you have placed the order with the payment option chosen as 'cash-on-delivery':

Please write to us at customersupport@a-criton.com or call us on +91-9900488831 within 48 hours. Once we hear from you in this regard and you do wish to cancel the order, we will process your request and you will receive an email from us confirming the same. 

If you have made full payment using a credit card, debit card, net-banking or any other payment modes available on our check-out page:

Once we hear from you in this regard and you do wish to cancel the order, we will process your request and the full amount you have paid, will be refunded to the payment mode or account that was originally used to make the transaction. Please note it can take upto a period of 2-3 weeks for this amount to be credited back to you depending on banking operations.
We offer refunds only if the order has been cancelled by you within 48 hours of having placed the order. After 48 hours, only exchanges will be possible provided they meet our exchange criteria.
